We are seeking a Head Chef to join our team to create beautiful, delicious and affordable food for our patrons. The successful candidate for this position has professional cooking experience and has consistently demonstrated the ability to run their kitchen efficiently in order to meet deadlines, properly delegate tasks and communicate effectively with the staff.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with staff members.
Use tools to make food.
Plan menus based on seasonal ingredients.
Coordinate with wait staff about meal specials.
Direct staff to clean kitchen and dining area after each service.
Supervise cooking staff.
Ensure food safety standards are followed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
