We are seeking a compassionate, experienced live-in carer to provide 24-hour support to a lady for 4 days per week. This role will start on a Tuesday and support will be provided until Saturday morning when family take over.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 24-hour supervision and companionship Support with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) Meal preparation and medication reminders Light housekeeping Ensure a safe, calm environment
Requirements
Previous experience in a care role (live-in care experience preferred). Experience with dementia care essential Must be reliable, patient, and kind A compassionate, patient, and respectful nature. Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure. Good written and spoken English. Right to work in the UK. Clear enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one). NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable but not essential). Full UK driving licence .
