We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team in the Andover, Romsey, Stockbridge, Tidworth, Durrington, and surrounding villages

Summary
As a Care Assistant at Caremark Ltd, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of vulnerable individuals by providing compassionate care and support in their own homes. This position is essential to our mission of making a positive difference in the community.
Responsibilities
Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes.
Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation and medication management.
Develop and maintain care plans tailored to individual client needs.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to ensure quality care.
Support clients with mobility and physical activities as needed.
Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes to supervisors.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Requirements
Experience in home care or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Basic IT skills for record-keeping and communication purposes.
A valid driving license is advantageous but not essential.
