What We're Looking For

We are seeking a

Female Live-in Care Assistant

who meets the following criteria:

Essential:

Minimum 1 year experience

as a Carer

Experience supporting clients living with dementia

Driver with own car

- this is preferred as you may need to use your car for transporting clients to activities, appointments, and for shopping Ability to work

live-in rota of 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off

Strong communication and listening skills Reliable, dependable, and organised Compassionate, patient, and able to build trusting relationships Comfortable working independently and managing a home environment

Desirable:

Preferably living in the

East

Surrey or Sussex areas

Experience delivering person-centred care in a home setting Ability to adapt calmly to changing situations

What You Will Be Doing

As a Live-in Care Assistant, you will support your client with:

Personal care and daily routines Dementia-specific support and meaningful engagement Supporting mobility and wellbeing Preparing meals and maintaining a safe home environment Accompanying the client to appointments, shopping, community activities Providing companionship and emotional support Ensuring continuity, dignity, and respect at all times
