We're looking for a kind, reliable, and down-to-earth female Live-in Care Assistant to provide one-to-one support to individuals living with a spinal cord injury.

This position is suitable for Healthcare Assistants, Care Assistants, and Support Workers and those looking for a career change.

To help you succeed, we provide comprehensive training to equip you for your role. The next residential training course is scheduled for 2nd February 2026 at our head office.

Key Responsibilities:



Discreet and respectful personal care support, including bowel and bladder management Assistance with mobility and daily routines Accompanying clients to work and social events Supporting with trips within the UK and abroad Domestic responsibilities, such as cooking, cleaning, hoovering, washing, ironing, etc Providing personal care. Being a calm, capable, tidy, and considerate presence

Are you a:



Confident, proactive, and adaptable individual with excellent organisational skills? While experience is not necessary, a willingness to learn is essential. Possessing a strong sense of discretion and emotional intelligence. Relevant spinal cord care experience is preferred but not essential Dedicated to providing quality live-in care. Treats others with dignity and respect. Able to work independently within a busy environment. Committed to working on a rotational basis, such as 2 weeks on and 1 or 2 weeks off. Flexible approach to work. Willing to travel (expenses covered).

In return, we offer:



959 per week plus a food allowance. Paid travel expenses to and from placements. Next residential training course commencing the week of the 2nd of February 2026. Free DBS/PVG background checks. Free accommodation and meals during your work. Flexible working patterns and field support.
