We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide personalised support and assistance to clients within their own homes. Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility Support with medication management and health monitoring as per care plans Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Drive clients to appointments, social activities, or errands as required Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to supervisors Follow care plans meticulously to ensure individualised support tailored to each client's needs Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care

Qualifications

Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided Valid driving licence and ability to drive clients safely is preferred Good command of English, both spoken and written, for effective communication Basic IT skills for maintaining documentation and updating care records Excellent communication skills with a caring and empathetic approach towards clients Ability to work independently whilst following established care plans Reliable, organised, and able to manage time effectively Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support others in their daily lives
