to support a fun-loving gentleman with a

spinal cord injury

. This client enjoys laughter, getting along with his carers, and going on outings--making this a truly enjoyable and fulfilling opportunity.

About the Role:

Location

: Paignton, Devon--a stunning seaside hotspot with beautiful beaches, a lively pier, and incredible coastal views just minutes away.

Client personality

: A sociable joker who loves forming connections and making the most of life.

Driving perks

: Help him get out and about to enjoy his favourite activities. Driving is straightforward with easy parking and accessible destinations nearby. Carer must be a confident driver with clean driver's licence

Daily support

: Assist with personal care, mobility needs, and companionship in his beautifully adapted home, empowering his independence while providing friendly and reliable support.

Rota & Pay:

Rota: 3 weeks live-in,

followed by 3 weeks off.

Pay rate: 136.38 per day.

Travel allowance:

Competitive travel allowance for each placement

Live-In Care Responsibilities

Assist with personal care, mobility, meal prep, and daily living activities. Provide support with spinal injury care and encourage independence. Observe and record the client's health status, and ensure their safety and well-being. Arrange transportation for appointments and outings.

Requirements

Right to work in the UK. Enhanced DBS check or online sign-up. References.
