We're Nurslink Homecare - a friendly and national team that helps people stay healthy and independent at home across England and Wales. We're currently seeking two experienced Support Workers to join a unique live-in package supporting an individual with a C3 spinal injury who values their independence and self-direction.
This is not your typical care role. Our client prefers the word "support" over "care" and is looking for someone who's attentive, enthusiastic, and can work collaboratively while respecting boundaries. You'll also provide two hours a day of light support to the client's husband.
Key areas of support:
Assistance with bowel care and suprapubic catheter routines
Encouraging independence and providing emotional support
Helping with light meal prep and accompanying to appointments
Working in a calm, structured home environment (no personal care for husband)
You do need a full driving license and access to your own vehicle to work with us, as our clients live in the community.
What We Offer:
130 Per day
Weekly pay and flexible scheduling
Self-employed or PAYE options
Free DBS
Excellent training and access to QCF Diplomas
Supportive team with regular check-ins
250 refer-a-friend bonus (T&Cs apply)
We keep our customers healthy and independent in their own homes, but we also do much more: we help people live the lives they want. And for you, that means shaping a career with flexibility, growth, and meaningful impact.
Book some time with us TODAY and let's chat about this rewarding live-in opportunity.
