Supporting a 35 year old female who has Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. This client requires support with Medication administration and nebulisers. She also requires support with all aspects of daily living, personal care and assistance with eating and drinking. A driver is preferred for this role as the client has an adapted vehicle which can be used to access the local community. The client has a pet in the property.
Hours:
Weekly Live In, flexible with time period.

Key Responsibilities:

Build positive relationships with service users, encouraging their independence and dignity. Also providing support with Mental Health and companionship.
Monitor and report on changes in health and well-being to senior staff.
What We're Looking For:
A compassionate nature and genuine desire to help others.
A minimum of 6 months care experience is essential.
Previous knowledge/experience with Mental health support is desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
A full Enhanced DBS check will be required for all successful candidates.
