We are currently recruiting compassionate, reliable, and experienced Live-in Support Workers to provide dedicated care and support to vulnerable children and adults in the comfort of their own homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in someone's life, offering both

to suit individual care needs.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking individuals who are:
Warm, friendly, and genuinely caring
Passionate about supporting others with dignity and respect
Able to build trusting, supportive relationships
with vulnerable individuals
Flexible, reliable, and proactive
Comfortable working independently within a home setting
Ideally have
experience with special needs, learning disabilities, or mental health support
(this is a bonus but not essential)
Key Responsibilities:
Providing day-to-day emotional and physical support
Assisting with personal care, mobility, and routine tasks
Supporting social, educational, and recreational activities
Promoting independence where possible
Monitoring and reporting changes in health or behaviour
Maintaining accurate daily records and care plans
Requirements:
Previous experience in care or support work is desirable
Right to work in the UK
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to undergo one)
Strong communication and listening skills
A calm, patient and resilient approach
