We're on the lookout for a caring and compassionate Live-out Care Assistant to join our team in North West London! You'll be supporting one client with their daily routine and making a real difference to their life. This role offers a unique approach to caregiving, combining the benefits of live-in care with the flexibility of returning home at the end of your day.

What you'll be doing as a Live-out Care Assistant:

You'll be supporting one client in their home for 8 - 10 hours a day, providing dedicated one to one care. Throughout your shift you might:

Support with daily activities including: personal care, condition management and household tasks Support clients in pursuing their interests and hobbies Create impactful relationships
