Our client is looking for a proactive, kind and sporty Live-out Nanny to join their UHNW family in Maida Vale, London.



This live-out position involves full-time care for two children, aged 7 months and 2 years old, and includes joining the family on extensive travel to the US, Asia and Europe.



The family is seeking an exceptionally experienced Nanny with a strong background in UHNW households, who is comfortable with the nuances of proxy parenting and thrives in a fast-paced, internationally mobile environment.



This is an incredible opportunity for a flexible and calm individual who has a genuine passion for early childhood development, and who is keen to make a lasting impact on the children's growth. A Montessori qualification is highly desirable for ensuring a nurturing and developmentally rich environment.



The Nanny will work alongside one Full-time and one Part-time Housekeeper and a Part-time Cook.

Job duties

Responsibilities of the Live-out Nanny for two children in Maida Vale, include:


Childcare


Sole charge of two children (7 months and 2 years old), with full nursery duties including feeding, bathing, dressing, and nappy changes Support with weaning and potty training where applicable Ensure the children's areas, including toys and play areas, are kept clean and organised Prepare nutritious, age-appropriate meals for the children, such as breakfast and light meals Drop off and pick up the toddler from nursery, with occasional assistance from the mother (attends Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 12:00) Organise and engage in stimulating, age-appropriate activities that promote physical and cognitive development Maintain a structured daily routine and ensure a consistent, healthy sleep schedule, including putting the children down for naps and bedtime Monitor and track the children's health and development, keeping parents updated on any milestones or concerns

Travel


Flexibility to travel with the family, including extensive international trips Manage all aspects of travel for the children, including handling jetlag, maintaining routines and organising travel logistics

Household


Assist with housekeeping duties related to the children Support with packing and unpacking for family trips Cover the role of the cook during busy times / when the part-time cook is unavailable

Candidates must be/have:

Proven experience in caring for children aged 0-5 years, ideally within UHNW families Proven longevity and strong references from previous employers in similar Nanny positions An Early Years degree and/or Montessori experience - highly desirable A strong background in child development / knowledge of developmental milestones Proven ability to manage the care of toddlers with a calm, firm, yet nurturing approach Experience in managing travel logistics for children, including international travel A full, clean UK driving license is preferred (a car will be provided for work use) Fluent English is essential, French and/or Russian - desirable CPR and First Aid certified

Accommodation

A bedroom can be provided on overnight stays, or alternatively an Uber will be arranged if late.

Hours

Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 19:00.



Flexibility required for additional hours when travelling, including overnight stays and weekend care (2-3 times per week).

Maida Vale, London, W2 + extensive travel to locations such as the US, Asia and Europe.

Salary

----------



70,000 - 90,000, depending on experience and prior earnings.
