About the employerA personal assistant is sought to assist the employer to get out in the community more.Main Duties

Helping employer with social and physical activities such as shopping and gardening

Support with accessing the community

To assist the employer with her paperwork.

To support employer with personal care, checking if medication was taken, help with light household tasks and meal preparation

Any other task which the employer may reasonably ask you to do which falls within the scope of the job as a Personal Assistant.

Additional employment information

You must be a full driver licence holder with a reliable car with business insurance.

Please note that this role is subject to satisfactory disclosure from DBS check.

The successful applicant will be friendly, able to give empathetic support, while respecting the employer's independence but also able to take instruction.

A can-do attitude and aptitude to assist the employer with her varied interests are needed with a willingness to help her explore new activities, joining in when appropriate.

Must be flexible, trustworthy and active with a good sense of humour.
