End Date Friday 23 May 2025Salary Range 325,000 - 325,200Flexible Working Options Flexibility in when hours are worked Summary A full-time branch-based opportunity working 35 hours per weekJOB TITLE: Customer SupportSALARY: 325,000LOCATION: You will work in our Cardiff Branch , 31 Queen Street, Cardiff, CF10 2AG until 31st October 2025. After this period, the role will be extended to a remote role, assisting our customers over the telephone working from home.JOB TYPE: Fixed term contract, working in branch until 31st October 2025 transferring to a permanent home working role assisting our customers over the telephone.HOURS:Branch hours until 31st October 2025 : 35 hours per week, Monday- SaturdayHome working role from 1st November 2025: There are 2 patterns available:4-Day Week (Days) pattern:

• Start times between 8am and 10am and end times between 5.45pm and 7.45pm
• Maximum of 4 out of 7 days (based on a Monday-Sunday week)
• Maximum of 50% weekend days over a 4 week period

Early Riser pattern:

• Start times between 7am and 9am and end times between 3pm and 5pm
• Maximum of 5 out of 7 days (based on a Monday-Sunday week)
• Maximum of 50% weekend days over a 4 week period
