You'll support SEFE's LNG trading desk in London, focusing on accurate trade capture, P&L reporting, and analytics. You'll work closely with traders, risk, freight, and operations teams to deliver reliable data and resolve booking or valuation issues. The role combines technical reporting skills with hands-on commercial exposure.


WHAT YOU WILL DO


--------------------


You will maintain the daily trade book including physical and financial LNG deals in ETRM. Monitor trade activity to flag unusual patterns or data issues and raise & resolve trade discrepancies with traders, middle and back office. You will also:




Generate and reconcile daily P&L reports in coordination with Singapore peer Assist in position and exposure reporting across LNG and Freight portfolio Support month-end processes: P&L validation, accruals, provision analysis Coordinate with Treasury to validate hedge effectiveness and FX impacts Run ad hoc trade analysis and performance dashboards (weekly/monthly) Continuously seeks to enhance workflows and reporting accuracy in close coordination with the LNG modernisation team Assist in margin, credit exposure and counterparty data management Support the Optimisation team to run economics scenario / development of LNG Portal

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

You will have familiarity and understanding of physical commodity or LNG trading. Be team player with initiative and curiosity to understand trading impacts with the ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment. You will also have:


Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or related field Experience in a trading middle office or analytical support role Proficient in Excel, ETRM systems, and P&L reconciliation Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or Python is a plus Strong attention to detail under pressure Clear communicator, comfortable working with cross-functional teams
