HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Own the Entrance:

You're the gatekeeper of the loading bay. Be on point during big deliveries (06:30-10:30) and keep things flowing smoothly the rest of the day. For smaller drop-offs, radio for backup or call in Security.

Quality Check, Always:

Every item that rolls in gets your full attention. Check that goods match the Purchase Order in quality, quantity, and description. Nothing gets past you.

Stamp It Like You Mean It:

Make sure every Delivery Note is signed, time-stamped, and -- if needed -- temperature-checked. Then pass the info to the chefs so they can keep the flavour fire going.

Flag the Flaws:

Spot any damaged goods? Record it on the Delivery Note and alert the Loading Bay Supervisor. We don't do surprises.

Spread the Goods:

Deliver or notify departments about their incoming treasures. Style, AwaySpa, Beverage -- you're the connector.

Order Up:

Help process orders when needed for Style, AwaySpa, and Beverage. Keep the supply chain fabulous.

Safety First, Always:

Follow all Health & Safety, Hygiene, Security, Fire & Emergency procedures like a pro. Your space is safe, clean, and always guest-ready.

Keep It Fresh:

The Loading Bay is your stage -- keep it clean, tidy, and hygienic. No exceptions.

Dress the Part:

Use all required safety gear and keep your uniform fresh and fabulous.

Handle With Care:

Treat hotel equipment like it's your own. Minimise damage, maximise performance.

Pallet Patrol:

Collect used pallets from basement areas and prep them for supplier pick-up. Keep the backstage neat.
