Westland Horticulture is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a

Shovel Driver

at our compost manufacturing facility based in Granville Industrial Estate Dungannon.

We are offering highly competitive hourly rates and a weekly 50 Attendance bonus.

Main Duties Include:

Operating shovel whilst loading and unloading materials in the yard. Ensuring that the standard of the yard is maintained and kept clean and tidy. Handling the product with care to ensure minimum damage at all times. Carry out pre-use checks on shovel and report any damage/faults to manager. Grease shovel as per maintenance schedule. Direct raw material lorries to correct bay and inform QC. Adhering to all Health and Safety compliance policies and procedures in place. Any other reasonable request by a manager.

Essential Skills:

Previous experience operating a loading shovel with a valid Shovel License/certification. Previous experience in a similar role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment Good level of understanding and spoken English. Ability to take direction and following instruction.

The rotating shift Pattern is as follows:

Week 1: Monday to Friday 6.00am to 2.00pm Week 2: Monday to Thursday 2.00pm to 10.30pm
