Roles and Responsibilities

We're looking for a

Loading Team Operative (Nights)

to join our busy Logistics team at Redhouse. This role is all about working with supervisors, team leaders, drivers, and colleagues to get goods prepared, loaded, and ready for delivery the next day.

What you'll be doing:

Following

Good Distribution Practice (GDP)

and MHRA rules to keep everything compliant. Making sure products are handled safely from goods-in all the way through to delivery. Looking after cold-chain items and following SOPs to protect product quality. Checking customer orders are loaded securely, with no damage before they head out. Supporting patient safety by following our quality management processes. Communicating clearly and working well with the rest of the team.

What We're Looking For From You

We're after someone who's hands-on, reliable, and ready to get stuck in.

You'll need to:

Be quick to pick up information and turn it into accurate actions. Be a good problem solver. Communicate confidently and call out unsafe or incorrect practices. Be comfortable using

PDA devices

. Be honest, open, and have a "can-do" attitude.

It'd be great if you also:

Can be flexible with shifts and happy to work extra hours when needed. Know how to plan and prioritise your work. Are enthusiastic, confident, and good with people. Use your initiative and judgement to make good decisions. Can help motivate others with a professional and supportive approach.
