Additional pay - Bonus scheme (after probationary period)

Hours:



Monday to Friday: Shift Pattern 9 am-6 pm or 10 am-7 pm.

One Saturday or Sunday per month. 9 am-5.30 pm or 10 am-4.30 pm. Day off in week, if working a weekend.

About the role:



As a Loan Administrator

,

you play a critical role in supporting the Sales and Operations division. You will be responsible for delivering the best customer outcomes by assessing and presenting applications to members of our lending panel, obtaining credit decisions and processing applications efficiently and effectively to Payout the deal.

Providing exceptional customer service with knowledge, attention to detail, and communication skills, ensuring that all parties are kept fully informed during the vehicle buying process and that a five-star service is delivered.

Key Tasks:



Review and verify financial documents received from customers to ensure they are complete, accurate, and consistent with system records. Manage customers' identity documents with care. Prioritise daily workflows based on customer needs and business requirements. Communicate with customers via phone and email as needed. Address day-to-day tasks and resolve issues effectively. Adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection standards.

About you:



Methodical with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ideally 6-12 months experience within a administration based role Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines.

Education

GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
