What is a Local Application Co-Ordinator?

You will work with colleagues across the business (nationally and globally!) in supporting on governance topics, all whilst developing your own skills and learning first-hand how a global, market leading entity makes change to improve its own capabilities.

This role is about working with people, building your network is key to success. You\'ll become proactively visible, valuable member of the business and work to develop a strong reputation with all colleagues.

Responsible for the roles and authorisation concepts for systems at HCGB (Home Comfort, Great Britain), supporting the various access right owners (AROs) in our business. Also the key support for local application owners in our business, ensuring that they are able to carry out this function correctly and keeping our local applications audit proof.

KEY DELIVERABLES.

  • Offer local Cardio tool set trainings to Manager and ARO (Access right Owner) \xe2\x80\x9cTrainer-the-trainer concept\xe2\x80\x9d
  • Support and monitoring Detective Controls Assignments -
Detective control is conducted after the end of a process, to detect work errors or manipulations e.g. if within the process the dual review principle was violated or if separation of functions was not possible or not economically reasonable.
  • Inventory of Non-SAP Systems, Update HC wide overview of SAP and Non-SAP Applications
  • Ensure the accurate completion of LeanIX tool documentation for all systems in use at HCGB
LeanIX is the Enterprise Architecture Management-Tool and IT Architecture Repository of Bosch
  • Support in SAP authorization related topics definition of the local Access right owner (ARO)
  • Have expert knowledge in governance of all locally supported applications
  • Implementation of best practices to be uniform with all local applications
  • Monitor CERT notifications to ensure all local systems are compliant with the latest security protocols
CERT are software coding standards developed by the CERT (Computer Emergency Response Team) Coordination Center to improve stability, reliability and security of software systems.
  • Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to develop excellent collaboration and exchange of information
  • Create and maintain relevant and necessary documentation including open points lists, risk registers, communication plans etc.
  • Have a mindset which demonstrates new ideas and proactively engages with internal associates to promote self-branding.
You will receive full training both one to one and self-paced online to achieve the required capabilities. Furthermore, you will also receive one to one coaching / mentoring to develop key competencies.

Qualifications
  • Be sociable, outgoing individual who people like interacting with
  • Able to show determination in dealing with challenges and finding solutions.
  • Be degree qualified preferably Business Administration, IT or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills combined with an analytical mind set
Desired skillset:
  • Computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is essential. Awareness of cloud and web technology as part of digital transformation would be an advantage.
  • A proactive and agile team player, the selected individual will be self-motivated, with exceptional time management skills.
  • Have the confidence to challenge and propose new ideas
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm to learn and applies this knowledge using their initiative
  • Good attention to detail and a quality mind-set
  • Knowledge of ITIL would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of Agile would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of data security concepts would be beneficial

Working Hours: 39 hours a week; Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Thurs 08.00 - 17.00 and Fri 08.00 - 16.00 with a 1 hour unpaid lunchbreak
