Role Overview
We are seeking a self-motivated
Local Business Development Manager
to join our team at our flagship site in
Kirton, Boston
. This is a significant role in our successful sales team and is responsible for managing key accounts and expanding our B2B portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with key fleet clients and corporate customers.
Liaise with clients and the manufacturer, providing timely updates and solutions.
Create purchase orders, coordinate internal resources and oversee smooth handovers and deliveries.
Identify new B2B opportunities and drive growth in our fleet customer base.
Ensure accurate system use and precise reporting to meet internal and compliance standards.
Achieve targets based on profit, volume and standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with fleet processes, compliance and funding options.
Commercial awareness in forecasting, reporting and profit management.
Strong IT and system proficiency, ideally with Kerridge experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to build trust and rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to meet sales targets.
