What you\'ll be doing:

The successful candidate will:

  • Work within the Corporate Security team.
  • Manage the UK&I Local Security Team and engage with all EMEAL\xe2\x80\x99s Local CISOs.
  • Lead the definition of UK&I local security strategy.
  • Act as the focal point and subject matter expert with local corporate and business areas, delivering thought leadership to key stakeholders.
  • Working closely and collaboratively with the EMEAL CISO and EMEAL IT teams to ensure that the services provided to secure the UK&I business is first class.
  • Assess local risks and define and implement mitigation plans.
  • Local CISO collaborates in ensuring that local procedures and activities comply with all regulatory requirements and internal policies, procedures, guidelines and standards within UK&I (including but not limited to ISO27001, Cyber Essentials Plus, and other UK Government standards).
  • Manage governance over the UK&I Business Continuity Plans in conjunction with Assurance team.
  • Managing security incidents.
  • Support internal and external audits as well as homologation processes.
  • Generate security reports and KPIs, and report to key stakeholders in the organization.
  • Lead and develop local security training and awareness activities as well as supporting EMEAL initiatives.
  • Ensure that appropriate administrative, physical and technical security measures are in place to protect the information assets of NTT DATA UK&I and its customers from internal and external threats.
  • Lead the responses to security requests and questions from UK&I customers.
  • Conduct due-diligence activities relative to vendors and third parties.
  • Promote sharing of expertise through consulting, presentation, and documentation.
  • Report and be an advisor to UK&I CEO and COO and Global CISO.
  • Be asked to take on additional duties as well, when needed.
What you\'ll need:
  • Experience: 5-10 years of professional experience working within Information Security and the responsibilities described above
  • Technical Skills:
  • Have a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (Computer Science or similar degree) and higher education or equivalent professional experience.
  • Certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO27001, ISO22301, etc.).
  • Functional Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to lead, encourage and influence staff across the organization, decision-making and priority identifying.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent C-Level management skills.
  • Extensive experience with creating management and executive-level reports.
  • Full Professional English proficiency.
  • Fluent Spanish proficiency (C1 or C2) is a plus.
  • Additional Skills:
Desirable but not required:
  • Have held a management position in an international environment.
  • Strong knowledge in consultancy companies\xe2\x80\x99 business processes.
  • Proven history of working independently in a self-motivated manner.
  • Resourceful, pragmatic with a proven ability to get things done.
  • Proven experience of being both strategic and the ability to be hands on
  • Advanced ability to motivate and drive team performance.
  • Proven experience of driving productivity and efficiency through operational excellence.
  • Strong collaborative problem-solving skills
  • Change management and budget control experience
  • Able to demonstrate excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Able to work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment while driving towards clarity and solutions.
  • Works effectively with others, building productive, collaborative relationships across departments and with third parties.
