I & L Burnett Ltd are looking for an experienced Class 1 CE HGV Driver with a current ADR.

We have a position for a Local Driver with potential opportunities to progress, if desired.

The applicant shall have the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team. They shall be a polite and hardworking individual who will bring a positive representation of the company by providing a first-class service to all customers.

The applicant shall be prepared to work flexible hours as required to fulfil customer requirements. This may include nights away from home.

This position is based from our main site at Skene, Westhill, Aberdeenshire.

Essential Skills

Current DCPC & UK Digital Tachograph Driver Card.

Current ADR.

Good Communication Skills: Regular contact with the Transport Operator and Customers when required.

Confident in Load Securing: Ratchet/Straps and Chains/Dwangs.

Multi-drop Experience.

Geographical Knowledge of Aberdeen and Surrounding Area.

Preferred Skills

Flatbed and Tautliner Experience.

Roping and Sheeting Experience.

Mechanical Fitting and General Repairs Experience.

Forklift Experience.

Banksman Slinger Experience.
