About this role

We are seeking a Local Marketing Lead to drive the evolution of our local marketing approach across the UK and Ireland, partnering closely with the Head of Local Marketing and cross-functional teams. This is an exciting new mission to radically improve how we market to local communities across the UK & Ireland, while staying true to our national brand ethos.
This role is instrumental in shaping and delivering bold, locally relevant marketing strategies that connect with customers and drive commercial outcomes. You will play a role in how we bring national brand vision to life in local communities.
Let's be clear: This isn't just about placing ads in key out of home sites in our major cities or sponsoring community events; this is about creating and implementing bold, locally tailored strategies that move the needle and truly engage local customers and most importantly, drive real and measurable change to our business.
The team's mission is to bring local marketing into the 21st century - driving growth, deepening customer loyalty, and doing it all with a clear-eyed focus on results. We are looking for a self starter with high energy, resilience and empathy to ensure they have the ability to bring multiple teams along for the ride.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
Lead cross-functional marketing workstreams, aligning key internal and external stakeholders to deliver integrated, high impact campaigns.
Collaborate with the colleagues in the wider Marketing team to own the development and delivery of strategic and clever marketing campaigns connecting with our customers
Act as a strategic connector between Marketing, Sales, and agency partners to align supply and demand in local areas, ensuring our marketing reflects real customer and partner opportunities.
Develop multi-channel marketing campaigns that have a measurable impact on our business metrics including briefing creative, media and full end to end campaign execution
Collaborate with media agencies, channel experts, and product teams to develop activation plans that meet objectives
Stay up-to-date on features of the Just Eat app and website to leverage for marketing initiatives
Manage campaign reporting, analyse results, and build future strategies while monitoring budget and spending
Champion the voice of our local customer, understand their needs and how we can support them across the full end to end experience
What will you bring to the table?

A proven track record of leading strategic, insight-driven marketing initiatives that deliver measurable business results.
Deep, practical understanding of the full marketing mix, with the ability to translate national brand direction into locally impactful campaigns across channels (TV, OOH, PR, CRM, digital, and in-app).
Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
Expertise in creating and managing complex multi-channel campaigns and building creative brand platforms across TTL (Through The Line) marketing.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to plan, organise, and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously.
Results-driven, with the ability to execute quickly and efficiently while getting into the details when necessary.
Strong multitasking skills, able to manage multiple priorities and work with various stakeholders across different levels.
Collaborative, empathetic, and adaptable - bringing energy and clarity in a fast-moving environment.
