We are seeking reliable and skilled Local Tradespeople to join our team in Hampshire. This role involves delivering high-quality craftsmanship across a variety of building and maintenance projects within the local area serving local councils. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Duties

Carry out a range of trade-related tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, Kitchen fitting, bathroom fitting, tilers vinyl layers, electricians or general maintenance as per project requirements. Prepare sites by setting up tools, materials, and safety equipment before commencing tasks. Complete projects within designated timeframes while adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly. Maintain tools and equipment in good condition, reporting any faults or repairs needed. Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organised during and after completion of tasks.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a tradesperson in carpentry, plumbing, electrical installation, or related fields. Relevant trade certifications or qualifications recognised within the industry. Ability to read technical drawings and interpret specifications accurately. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations applicable to construction and maintenance work. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Good communication skills for liaising with clients and team members. Valid driving licence preferred but not essential; willingness to travel locally is required. A proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship on time.
