The Glasgow and East Dunbartonshire locality has a number of services such as Education Support Services, Barnardo's Exploitation and and Safeguarding Team as well as Family Support Services. This post is designed to provide flexible, high-quality support to children, young people, and families across the locality.



Do you want to make a difference to children, young people and families across Glasgow and East Dunbartonshire? If so, then this is the role for you! We are seeking an experienced, committed and motivated person to join our locality team who support children, young people and families across multiple settings/services. With a mix of 1:1 work with children, young people and families, group work in schools or community settings and partnership working with education staff, social work and third sector partners - this is a creative, rewarding and interesting role for the right person. If you have the skills and confidence to work across multiple settings and adapt practice accordingly, we'd love to hear from you.

Whilst the full pay band and salary range is advertised, our approach to starting salaries is to appoint between the minimum to mid-point of the pay band - this ensures that pay steps are available to reward our colleagues annually based on their contribution to excellence and alignment to our values and behaviours.
