Job Summary

We are looking for practical all rounder to join our team repairing and installing lockers in both indoor and outdoor locations. The ideal candidate will posses a "can do" attitude to overcoming the inevitable practical challenges that come with servicing locks and installing lockers and will be comfortable working alone or as part of a team. The role requires travel across England and Wales with frequent overnight stops.

Duties

Troubleshoot and repair or replace locks on [mainly] School lockers. Provide condition reports for future remedial action. Installation of Lockers comprising moving from lorry to locker rooms and securing side-by-side, back-to-back or back-to-wall sometimes in conjunction with stands [legs] and cloakroom seating.

Requirements

CSCS card holder [or willingness to obtain a CSCS card quickly] Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or product installer with willingness to learn new skills. DBS would be an advantage Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing [primarily WhatsApp]. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills. Willingness to learn how to service and replace locks and install lockers Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
