Job Description
Vivid Resourcing are working with a local authority based in the North West to source a locum adult social care solicitor to join their team on an interim basis.
The successful candidate would be the sole solicitor in a team including an apprentice and a legal officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Working on a varied caseload of asc matters including court of protection, deprivation of liberty, safeguarding, etc
- Supporting an apprentice and working closely with the paralegal in the team
- Providing advice to clients
- Qualified solicitor
- Previous local authority ASC experience
