• Job Title: CPN Adult CMHT Band 6
• Location: North Wales
• Duration: 6 month ongoing
• Schedule: Monday to Friday ( 9am to 5pm )
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: August 2025
• Rate of Pay: xc2xa327 to xc2xa330 per hour (depending on experience)

What Youxe2x80x99ll Be Doing:Join our team as a CPN and play a key role in improving the lives of Mental Health patients. In this role, you will:

• perform comprehensive patient assessments
• create and implement personalised care plans
• deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
• collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
• maintain accurate patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:

• a current and valid NMC registration and pin
• experience working with Mental Health patients
• strong communication and interpersonal skills
• the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:This role offers a flexible working position requires availability from Monday to Friday with flexibility where possible.
