Job Description

We are looking for a locum dental therapist to join our team to cover for maternity and annual leave from the month of July.

We are an independent mixed dental practice in the seaside town of Porthcawl, 30 minutes away from Swansea or Cardiff and 7 minutes off the M4.

We have three newly refurbished air-conditioned surgeries with a separate decontamination room. EXACT SOE, digital radiography, intra oral camera, chair side and decontamination assistance and mentoring opportunities available.

The successful applicant will be asked to utilise the full scope of practice for a dental therapist, including treatment provided under direct access.

Pay negotiable dependent on experience. We are happy to offer a negotiable day rate or a percentage (40%) of gross.

Days available Monday 08.30-17.00, Tuesday 08.30-17.00, Wednesday 8.30-17.00 and Friday 8.30-17.00 for July. There is scope for extra days, or for the job to become permanent, in the next 12 months as we continue to expand.
