Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their treatment. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient education and care.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough examinations of patients' oral health and diagnose dental conditions. Develop and implement individualised treatment plans based on patient needs. Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns. Utilise medical imaging techniques to assess dental issues accurately. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatments performed. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care measures. Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to ensure efficient clinic operations. Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Skills

Strong knowledge of human anatomy related to dental health. Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for creating dental prosthetics or orthodontic devices is advantageous. Familiarity with medical imaging technologies for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and provide exceptional customer service. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills to manage multiple cases effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
