We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The role will be for a Locum and the practice is offering 14 per UDA. Open to negotiation based on experience and ability deliver. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care to patients, ensuring optimal oral health and patient comfort. Duties
Conduct thorough dental examinations, including visual inspections and the use of medical imaging tools to diagnose oral health issues.
Develop personalised treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, explaining procedures clearly and compassionately.
Perform a wide range of dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, and cosmetic treatments.
Utilise CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology for designing restorations and prosthetics with precision.
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal and organisational standards.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
Skills
Proven experience as a Dentist with relevant qualifications recognised by the General Dental Council (GDC).
Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail for performing precise dental procedures.
Compassionate communication skills to reassure patients and explain treatments effectively.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
