Locum Education Solicitor - Local Authority (East Midlands)
Location: Fully Remote
Contract: 6-Month Rolling Contract
Start Date: Within the Next 4 Weeks

Vivid Resourcing are currently recruiting for an experienced Locum Education Solicitor to join a Local Authority in the East Midlands on a fully remote basis.
Role Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity to take on a varied caseload of education law matters within a supportive local authority legal team. The work will include a mixed range of education cases, providing advice and representation across statutory responsibilities and related areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise on a range of education law matters, including SEN, admissions, exclusions, and school transport..
Support policy and procedure development to ensure compliance with current legislation.
Liaise effectively with internal departments, schools, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive with relevant practising certificate.
Previous local government experience in education law
Ability to manage a varied caseload independently while working remotely.
