Job Description
Allen Lane is pleased to be assisting a Local Authority with the recruitment of an interim Prosecution Solicitor. The interim role will be a 3-month rolling assignment.
Requirements:
- Experience in civil litigation and housing law required.
- Prosecution experience would be desirable in trading standard cases, environmental crime, fraud cases, regulatory matters.
- You will be a qualified solicitor, barrister, or chartered legal executive.
- You must have experience in Local Government.
- All aspect of housing related disputes including, possession proceedings, tenancy agreements, debt recovery, licences, services charges, housing disrepair claims and anti-social behaviour.
- Handling anti-social behaviour, homelessness, and debt recovery/enforcement.
- Advocacy at court.
