We are seeking a skilled and experienced MASH Social Worker for a 3-month locum contract in Hillingdon. This role is critical in ensuring the safety and well-being of children through effective multi-agency collaboration and safeguarding practices. Key Responsibilities:

Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify and address potential harm to children, ensuring their safety and protection.
Information Sharing: Collaborate with various agencies, including law enforcement, healthcare providers, and educational institutions, to gather and share information for effective safeguarding.
Decision Making: Make informed decisions regarding the appropriate level of intervention and support required for children and families.
Case Management: Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions to safeguard children and promote their well-being.
