The Opportunity

We're looking for a passionate and driven Pharmacist Manager to lead one of our well-established branches. Dispensing approximately 9,000 prescriptions per month, this site offers significant scope for growth through enhanced and innovative services.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily pharmacy operations to ensure safe, efficient service delivery Lead and support a dedicated team of experienced staff Expand and develop services including flu and travel vaccinations, New Medicine Service, Pharmacy First, health checks, and home deliveries Build strong relationships with patients, local healthcare professionals, and the wider community Ensure full compliance with GPhC standards and relevant regulations Drive performance targets including prescription volume and service uptake Contribute to the wider success of the Pharmacy Direct group
Qualifications & Experience

GPhC-registered Pharmacist

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Passion for delivering outstanding patient care Ability to work independently and collaboratively Previous managerial experience is desirable but not essential -- we welcome applications from newly qualified pharmacists with the ambition to grow into the role

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 50,000.00-70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 8 - 44 per week
