Duties
Supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, while minimising waste.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to pharmacy operations.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Develop and implement training programmes for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective medication use for patients.
Monitor pharmacy performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, controlled substances, and other essential documentation.
