Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Practice Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care within a busy clinical environment. Duties

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including health assessments, wound management, and administering treatments. Support doctors and other healthcare professionals during consultations and procedures. Assist with patient education on health management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with clinical protocols and data protection regulations. Monitor patient vital signs and recognise signs of deterioration or emergency situations, responding appropriately. Support vaccination programmes and health screening initiatives as required. Ensure the clinical environment remains clean, organised, and compliant with infection control standards.

Skills

Proven experience in patient care within a clinical or community setting. Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to inform effective nursing practice. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently. Compassionate approach with excellent communication skills to build rapport with patients of all ages. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Attention to detail in documentation and adherence to clinical guidelines.
