Job Summary



We are seeking experienced and dedicated

Locum Senior Registrars (ST4+)

across a range of specialties to join our team. The role involves providing high-quality care to inpatients and outpatients, supporting junior medical staff, and working collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team.

NHS experience is essential

- applicants must have prior work experience within the UK NHS system.

We do not offer visa sponsorship

Key Responsibilities



Provide senior clinical care and decision-making for patients under consultant supervision. Conduct ward rounds, outpatient clinics, procedures, and emergency assessments. Participate in the specialty on-call rota where applicable (including nights/weekends). Supervise and support junior doctors (FY1-CT/ST3). Ensure accurate and timely medical documentation. Work closely with allied health professionals and other teams across the hospital. Contribute to teaching, audit, and quality improvement initiatives. Attend and contribute to departmental meetings, handovers, and MDTs.

Teaching and Governance



Deliver teaching to medical students and junior doctors. Engage in clinical audit and quality improvement projects. Participate in morbidity & mortality reviews and clinical governance meetings.

Requirements



Criteria



GMC Registration : Full registration with license to practise in the UK NHS Experience

: Minimum 6 months of NHS experience required

Grade Level: Experience at ST4 level or above in relevant specialty Skills : Clinical competence, communication, leadership, teamwork Right to Work:

Must have existing right to work in the UK

Availability: Immediate or within 4 weeks preferred

Pay and Benefits



Competitive hourly rates (dependent on specialty and shift) Weekly payments (subject to Trust or agency arrangements) Induction and IT access provided

Pay: 60.72-86.11 per hour

Expected hours: 45 - 50 per week
