Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Locum Senior SHO with NHS experience to join our dynamic healthcare team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care, supporting junior staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of clinical services. Duties

Provide comprehensive clinical assessments and management of patients in accordance with NHS guidelines. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care and treatment plans. Supervise and support junior medical staff, offering guidance and mentorship as needed. Participate in ward rounds, clinical meetings, and case discussions to enhance patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records in compliance with NHS standards. Assist in the development and implementation of clinical protocols and guidelines. Engage in continuous professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) is essential. Previous experience working within the NHS is highly desirable. Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to manage complex cases effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Proven leadership abilities, particularly in supervising junior medical staff. A commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to best practices in patient care. Flexibility to adapt to changing clinical environments and demands.
