: We are looking for a hard-working, reliable Loft Insulation Installer / Labourer to join our growing team. This is a physically demanding role that involves working in tight loft spaces, handling insulation materials, and following evidence-based procedures. The work can be challenging - but it's rewarding and full-time, with the opportunity to build a stable career in the retrofit and insulation sector. --- Key Responsibilities: Installing loft insulation and associated ventilation measures (e.g. felt lap vents, undercuts, eaves vents) Loft insulation extraction where required Taking before and after photos of all work (evidence-based reporting) Keeping accurate records via mobile apps Maintaining cleanliness and safety on site Working to high standards of quality and compliance --- What We Offer: Permanent position available after trial period Wage increase after successful training period Fully funded NVQ in Insulation & Building Treatments (for the right candidate) Company van provided after training is complete Ongoing support and opportunity for progression --- Requirements: Must be physically fit and comfortable working in lofts Able to use a smartphone and apps (photos & data required for every job) Full UK driving licence is essential Good attitude, punctual, and willing to learn Previous experience in labouring or trades preferred but not essential --- Employment Type: Employed (PAYE) or Self-Employed - we're open to both, depending on your situation --- To Apply: Please submit your CV or a short message about yourself and your work history.
