We install loft ladders, hatches, flooring, insulation, roof windows, and more, we're expanding our team to maintain our reputation for excellence across the West Midlands & East Midlands and beyond.

The Role

We're seeking skilled carpenters/tradespeople with leadership experience to join our team as Installation Team Leaders. You'll lead a single or two-person crew to deliver flawless installations, ensuring every project meets our high standards of safety, precision, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and fit loft boarding, ladders, hatches, insulation, and other products in residential properties. Lead and collaborate with your assistant to complete jobs efficiently (typical finish times by 2.00pm - 3.30pm). Proactively troubleshoot on-site challenges while maintaining clear communication with customers and the wider office based team. Uphold strict safety protocols. Provide feedback to help refine processes and improve service delivery.

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements:

Proven experience in carpentry/joinery, with relevant certifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent). Or previous Loft Boarding or Loft ladder installation experience. Must own/rent a Medium or Long Wheel Base van Must own all tools Full UK driving licence. Ability to manage an assistant and work autonomously. Flexibility to travel up to 2 hours from Wolverhampton depot Fluent English and communication skills Basic IT skills

Pay: 300.00-600.00 per day
