Job Title: Logistics Manager - CB2, Cambridge
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily logistics and distribution operations
Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments
Optimise transport, warehousing, and inventory processes
Lead and develop logistics staff
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
Control costs and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
Proficiency with logistics software and MS Office
Knowledge of UK transport regulations
