Logistic Supervisor

Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Logistic Supervisor to join our team on a busy construction site. This is a key role, supporting the day-to-day coordination of materials, plant, traffic, and personnel to ensure the safe and efficient running of site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily logistics operations on-site, including deliveries, waste management, and traffic movement
- Coordinate with site management and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Supervise a team of traffic marshals, forklift drivers, and general operatives
- Maintain clear access routes and safe walkways throughout the site
- Carry out site inductions and toolbox talks
- Enforce site rules, safety standards, and compliance with RAMS
- Keep accurate records of deliveries and materials stock levels
- Valid CSCS card
- SSSTS certificate (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
- Proven experience in a similar logistics or supervisor role within construction
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage a team and liaise with various trades and site management
- Military experience
- Competitive hourly rate of 19.85/hour
- 1.5 after 39 hours
