We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our clients innovative automotive manufacturing business as a Logistics Team Leader. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong leadership and organisational abilities.
Responsibilities of Logistic Team Leader -
" Oversea and manage the day-to-day operations of logistic team. Ensuring that receiving, checking and logging goods in is completed timely and accurately both physically and within ERP (SAP) SYSTEM.
" Coordinate with various departments, including procurement, production, transportation, and customer service, to streamline processes and optimize workflow.
" Develop and implement strategies to improve overall operational efficiency and accuracy.
" Set performance goals and targets for team members, monitor their progress, and provide coaching and feedback to ensure high productivity and quality standards.
" Work with MP&L Manager/Senior MRP to develop team training and individual development plans to drive succession planning and demonstrate internal growth.

" Liaise with Material Planning to create an effective delivery plan that allows management of resource in advance. Smooth Delivery schedules where required to avoid congestion.
" Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as health and safety, transportation regulations, and quality control.
" Resolve any operational issues or customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Logistic Team Leader requirements:
" Proven experience in a Logistics Team leader role
" Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including procurement, warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
" SAP Experience in physical logistics process (scanning/material transactions)
" Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
" Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
" Excellent problem-solving abilities.
" Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and resolve issues.
" Forklift Driver trained (Counterbalance/Reach)

Monday to Thursday 07:00am - 16:30pm Friday 07:00am -11:30am
