The Logistics Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of shipments and inventory management within the life science sector. This role requires excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to support the department's operational efficiency.

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipping documentation.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to resolve logistical issues.
• Process and track orders using the company's systems and software.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management to meet operational needs.
• Prepare reports and updates for management on shipment statuses and inventory levels.
