Job Description

We're looking for a Logistics Administrator to work closely with our Warehouse and Traffic Team and ensure timely and accurate administration of our goods receipts, sales orders and dispatches.

We're looking for someone who can slot into our busy team and

efficiently process

receipts and dispatches on our Warehouse Management System and Transport Management System.

Based in our gatehouse, the role is vital to the smooth running of the warehouse as well as overseeing the network trunking operation. You will also be the key contact for our customers wanting updates on stock and order processing.

BRCGS

and Soil Association accredited

storing ambient food product, food packaging and non-food product. There are high standards that our Warehouse team constantly uphold, championing a safe and compliant operation, and ensuring food safety, legality and quality.

You'll be working

10:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday

with a 45 minute unpaid break (46.25 hours).

Key Objectives & Responsibilities:



Accurately process all customer requirements for goods in and goods out Administer all goods in receipts, pick lists and outbound freight movements Ensure our Clarus warehouse management system is always up to date Book and coordinate onward transport movements using our Vigo transport management system Control the Warehouse inbox ensuring that all emails are actioned quickly and professionally Build and maintain positive relationships with our customers Supporting the wider warehouse team, working together to ensure all tasks completed Respond to Palletline Network Partner messages, addressing issues efficiently and keeping IT systems up to date with relevant information. Check final report for any missing pallets and action accordingly. Check outbound scanning of trunks once loading is complete and verified. Create hub outbound headers for night drivers.

Required Skills:



Previous administration skills and demonstrable accuracy levels Experience in a transport or warehouse environment would be desirable but not essential as we can provide full training in house Flexibility in both working hours and tasks to support operational needs Ability to work on own initiative and unsupervised Good communicator face to face, over the phone and by email Proactive, problem solving and conscientious approach Confident with different software system
