Job Description
Are you an organised and proactive administrator available immediately and looking for a new temporary opportunity?
We're working with a well-established business based in Kirkbymoorside who are looking for a Temporary Administrator to support their operations team.
This role is expected to last between 3 to 6 months and offers a great opportunity to get involved in a variety of administrative tasks within a supportive team environment.
Some of the Administrator duties are:
- Maintain accurate import and export logs
- Review and facilitate the approval of freight and payment invoices
- Manage the renewal of annual vendor certificates
- Support the wider operations team with ad hoc tasks
- Provide holiday cover across the department as required
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety policies and company procedures
While previous experience in an import/export environment would be an advantage, full training will be provided. A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
This role is based in Kirkbymoorside, and due to the rural location, you will need access to your own transport.
You'll be working 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8:30am-4:30pm, and Friday 8:30am-4:00pm, earning a salary of 12.47 per hour.
