Job Description

Join our team as a Logistics Administrator at Imperial, one of the largest kitchenware suppliers in the UK home to Scoville, Eaziglide & DOJO. We are rapidly expanding our team and are in search of a dedicated individual to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our logistics operations. This is an ideal position for someone looking to progress within a Warehouse and Logisitcs.

You will be working to ensure the team provides first-class service and completes all assigned workloads to the company's standards in meeting its service agreements.

Responsibilities



Processing sales orders and returns

Booking in deliveries and collections

Creating picking lists

Booking in containers

Create inbound documents

Update inbound/outbound movements on the business system.

Hygiene and cleanliness ensuring a "clean as you go" philosophy

Ability to enforce and uphold all company, regulative and legislative policies

Safe use of all company facilities and equipment

Other duties as assigned by the company to support the goals of the company

Assisting with stocktakes

Knowledge and Skills



IT literate, ideally with experience using business systems, such as SAGE Microsoft word/Excel at an intermediate level

You should ideally have some demonstrable experience of working successfully within a Warehouse & Distribution environment

Possess a good standard of numeracy and literacy with the ability to read and understand English

Experience in working to tight timelines

Customer focused with excellent communication skills

Excellent Planning, organising and prioritising skills
