Logistics Administrator
Location: Mildenhall
Salary: 26,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time

We're looking for an organised and motivated Logistics Administrator to join a busy and friendly office team based in Mildenhall. This role plays a key part in keeping transport and logistics operations running smoothly - coordinating shipments, managing paperwork, and ensuring customers receive excellent service at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day logistics and transport activity
• Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient scheduling
• Prepare and process delivery and shipment documentation
• Maintain accurate system records and job data
• Provide updates and clear communication to customers
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and job costings
• Monitor progress of daily operations and resolve any delivery or scheduling issues
• Support the wider operations team with administrative tasks

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in logistics, transport, or administration
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
• Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
• A proactive problem solver with a positive attitude

Desirable

• Experience with transport scheduling or supply chain coordination
• Understanding of delivery documentation or customs forms (not essential)
